where is the new zealand teams going 2 be next year. hey sparky come 2 gisborne 4 a race this weekend sum of the rotorua boys r coming over. as 4 having a middle its 4 peoplel cutting the corner more then learning how 2 drive. watch the teams dvd 4 people cutting the corner. do u need supports down the straigths 2 stop it moving. the teams champs will be held down here, At this stage we are looking at a 4 day weekend to run the event so that gives out of towners plenty of travel time With this track and the wide lanes, the extra room gives you plenty of time to correct your driving mistakes, BUT we are seriously looking at options for fix the problem ;D yes the track will be supported to stop it moving.. it will be actually be bolted to the floor hope this helps cheers grunta

OK correct me if I'm wrong as I'm still learning some parts to do with RC but... with the shorter track the motors are getting hotter due to not getting up to top speed before backing off etc where as with the longer tracks the motor gets to run at top speed allowing it to work more free'er? Cant wait to come down and race and I want to but not being able to drive ourselfs and relying on parents is the main problemo unless the adult racers are heading down. Stocky it's all to do with the fact that on a short track you are always accelerating. on the long track you accelerate , cruise ,lift off, set it for the corner and then accelerate again. also because you are actually moving you allow the air passing through your car to draw out some of the hot air in your motor. as for the corner questions yes we are sorting out some things to be used as a deterrent and as a visual aid.

good track but not being a thingy or anything but i sort of don't like that as its to long because you will cook motors easier you can cook them easy on normal track sort of now its bigger and its got no middle, at teams i got taken out heaps by people cutting middle etc so yerr.. but thats my say. tim we don't run a inner wall to help us learn to drive. if you cross a 6m infield you really don't need to read the rest of that sentence how it was first written as for mechanicals actually drive the track before crying, oh and by the way since Wellington are the teams champs , guess what size track we are running on. your continued negative attitude is actually wearing thin please don't post in the future Sorry i said i wasn't be a "thingy" or anything i was just saying. Didn't wont to upset you guys or anything. And you said "your continued negative attitude is actually wearing thin" please tell me what else i have done wrong not being a smart ass or anything just wonting to know. Lol is it only me that hits both walls (Inside walls and out) coming down the straight all the time Well grunta we got to at least get a good group to come down. And remember most of us are only young and havn't got a car to drive let alone license to drive one. So there perants may be busy at the time. but yes we will make it down there some time to race hopefully. Im keen as hell to come down and race with a good bunch of guys. Great fun racing with you guys. Sorry guys about my "negative attitude comments" about the track (i did say it was good thoe ) The track sounds awesome and looks awesome!.
