2011 Knarly signs & Shrek Body's NZ Saloon Champs.
This Event will be November the 26th.

Doors open: 8am
Car check: 8.30am
Practice: SALOONS ONLY- 9.30am
Drivers Meet: 10am
Racing After


We are running the Wellington champs on the same day.
There will be a half hour/hour for lunch.

Modifieds FUN racing during lunch.
There will be NO bbq!!!!!!!
We will have drinks for sale

AMB Transponder system to be used.

NZ Saloon Rules:
1. Saloon cars must be 1/10th on road car. Homebuilts allowed
2. Batteries must be 7.2v NiCd & NiMH, no LIPO
3. Radio gear open
4. Tyre choice is limited to radial tyre patterns only
No pin style tyres allowed
Tyre grip aiding compounds are not allowed
5. Esc open
6. Motor
Silver can standard as per Clause 9.2 540 only (27turn).
Aftermarket alloy hop up heat sinks are allowed
7. Body must resemble Saloon car, all windows must be cut out.
Wings must be speedway style not touring style.
8. Any Hop ups are permitted
9. No alloy or steel plates protruding from the chassis in any direction

RACE RULES
1. Race length to be decided by event organizer
2. Non contact
3. Raced anti clockwise
4. Deliberate contact will be black flagged
5. Maximum of 12 cars per race/heat

unsure if ill be able to make it now as ive got to crew in palmy at the stockcar teams event

thanks to the Wellington Club, Great day once we sorted the bugs out of the system.

this is one of the hardest events to marshall due to non Conacted class. I think you did well to keep it together as much as possible.
