Any questions please ask!!!
Tables- Bring you own. For South Islanders and others that will have trouble getting a table there get in touch asap- very limited spare tables.
Power- 3 main points around hall. Please bring a cord, people will need to share points/ multi boxes.
Wheelchair access- Yes we do have a ramp.
Parking- heaps of parking up drive, close to hall.
BBQ for lunch- is to be confirmed.
Food- There is Macca's, Countdown, bakery etc in Wainui cbd.
Fuel station- There is a BP station near cbd.
Accomidation- Lots around but the Top Ten Holiday park on the Hutt valley side of Wainui hill is a good place to stay. Only 10 mins to the venue.
Hope this covers the basics.
Dont be shy- ask away!

just woundering how long will be between each race just asking if someone has a wreke or something which might take a few mins to fix Its usually around 5-10 Min's. As its a National champs there is the 10 Min's for protests etc. If the day is taking ages races get pushed through faster. If somebody needs a coupe of extra Min's to fix something most would agree we try and wait for them. Cam

Heading into the NZ title this Saturday there is potential for anybody on the entry list to take out the title. I spent 2Min's asking the current 1NZ Streetstock champ some questions.
Name: Haydn Gwilliam
Age: 35 (so technically I now qualify for a masters racing league..)
Race Number: 7w
Classes Racing: Stockcar, Street stock, Modified, Saloon
When did you start racing? I started in 2008 or 2009 (I think) after seeing a bunch of rough looking jokers in a mall with their Stock Cars on display. Brought my first car off a former Wellington club member and the journey began from there.
Do you have any achievements? Current 1NZ Street stocks, and a few other placing’s at other events with a few trophies scattered around the house and kids rooms.
What’s your favourite track and why? Would have to be Wellington, as its home my home track and I like the size and space of the track. It’s one of the only tracks that can change week by week in terms of traction and grip, so it forces you to drive and manage the car. (Rather that just point and shoot)
Do you have any rivals? No direct rivals, I ‘m just here to race and have a good time and laugh with a bunch of mates.
Do you have any respected competitors: I generally respect any one lining up on the grid, If this sport has taught me any thing you have to respect all competitors as anyone’s a chance in racing. It only takes one hit or misplaced turn and nekminit you can be on your lid or fetching your car from outside the track.
Who are your sponsors? My sponsors are: Shrek Bodies, the maker of the finest RC car bodies in the land (and one devilishly handsome man), Knarly Signs, purveyors of the finest signs money can buy (and a good all-round geezer) and finally K&J Street Stocks the lands finest craftsman and the makers of the mighty mustang street stock.
Any other notes? I must give thanks to my sponsors, who support me with bodies and fix ups on the cars, without them my brilliance wouldn’t be possible.......

To all the racer's at tomorrows event: Can you please unload you gear near the door and then park your vehicle through the gate in the carpark out the back (towards the field). We have been asked to do so by the School as they have an event on tomorrow. Please pass this message on.
Thanks
